Where will our emails be archived?

All your emails will be stored on Avanti eMail Archive's doubly redundant archive server and available 24/7.

How secure is the system?

A Triple DES encryption is applied the moment an email enters the Avanti eMail Archive. The US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) considers Triple DES to be appropriate through 2030.

How will we access our email archives?

To access your archived email you just open your web browser and enter the URL for your email archive. You will then need to log in to your archive using your email address and a password. Searches use the same kind of interface as Google, so literally thousands of emails can be searched with a click of the mouse.

What staff training will we need, and how do we obtain that?

Any staff who can use the Internet and are able to perform searches on Google, Yahoo, or MSN / Live will have no difficulty using the Avanti eMail Archive search interface. Because of this only minimal training is necessary.

Will Avanti provide our support? Does that include help with queries, if needed?

Avanti eMail Archive will provide support during business hours and can provide help with search queries if necessary.
